“Now, this is the life…!” That’s the first thought that crosses your mind once you get to the olympus of milanese glamour. Air, green and the attraction of those who know they’ve got it all but are used to keeping it under wraps: Ceresio 7. The city’s skyline, that gradually defines itself with the seasons, is laid out before you at 360 degrees.
We’re talking about area Monumentale and the place may be new but it’s at the top of the charts with those “in the know”. Ceresio 7, guys! Let it wow you! The project, an idea of the genius canadian stylists Dean and Dan Caten – Dsquared 2 – has a basic common theme: create a unique space, where you’ll feel good and want to hang out. What better spot that the rooftop of the historic Enel building, already seat of the renowned fashion brand?
As good brothers would, they left the family mark starting with the architecture. A mirror: theirs. Everything’s duplicated. Two pools, two lounges, and a restaurant that winds along the rectangle uniting the two ends. But it’s not over-the-top, they do clothes. To each his own. That’s why, with admirable foresight they handed the management over to professionals, experts capable of transforming an idea into a real “business”, a success. With this we mean no other than the owners and managers of the restaurant themselves: Edoardo Grassi, Luca Pardini and Marco Civitelli who along with master Chef Elio Sironi, a name a guarantee on the international culinary scene, have brought to life a dream. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Open all day from 10 ’til 2 you can go to town with all the choices from lunch to aperitif to dinner. One word says it all: quality. Incredibly elegant but with just a touch of vintage that makes it all the more romantic, exclusive. The indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect, designed by the milanese architectural studio Storage, not to mention the furniture by Dimore Studio, the interior design workshop of Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran.
Sipping a drink by the pool it’s easy to imagine Sarah Jessica Parker lively chatting away with her besties at the next table. What a vision! If this were New York it would be her favorite place, no doubt!
