Brand made in Italy between soft fabrics and unique details

ottod’Ame‘s Made in Italy is pure and plays with silks, wools, cottons, lace and leather mixed and revisited with care and creativity.

Ottod'Ame - Milano

Let’s start with the rather evocative name that lends itself to different meanings: as Silvia Mazzoli herself, creator and designer of the collections says, it is a brand with a double flavor, combining an Italian side with an international bon-ton taste. Two components appear within it: the 8, an important and recurring number in the life of the designer and the women who have always been the soul of the “dame” company. The union between the number 8, which rotated forms the infinite and the word Ame which read with the apostrophe in French means soul, evokes a union suggesting different real and deep meanings.

The store in Via Solferino, together with the one in Via Manzoni, reflects the mood of the collections, the material sense of wood and rattan is accompanied by the warmth of seat fabrics: velvet welcomes and makes you feel at home recreating a suitable mood to live and try the unique items of this brand. The materials the designer has always loved working with include silk, worked raw and then dyed on the garment, together with wool, both in knitwear and in outerwear.

The wearability of the ottod’Ame lines is comfortable, soft, with shapes that are always perfect and at any time of the day they make you feel feminine and timeless. The style is hyper feminine, the colors and patterns of the collections, some of which are limited editions, make the style of ottod’Ame unique and cosmopolitan without distinction of ethnicity, physique or default model of woman to be inspired.

The message that comes out is that you must never give up the freedom to be yourself, to feel good and to live at your own pace. The nice thing about a fashion brand is when it allows you to be able to play with your clothes, creating unique and timeless mixes and matches for a woman who wants to recognize herself in what she wears.

We can't. That's why every week we share the best experiences
Milan has to offer.
